Our Hair is Real Virgin Cuticle Aligned hair, with your proper care, the hair can last about 2 years.
Q2. How long dose my hair arrive?
If you buy our stock hair , we can ship to you immediately, our service man will update the Transportation time for you, if you do wholesale with bulk order, it will need 10-11 days for production.
Q3: Why the colors of hair products don't seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?
A.Different monitor have different display. And every time, maybe the same order No. will a little color different. Because our hair is real natural human hair , no any dye process, so the hair color will a little different.
Q4:Can I dye/color the hair?
A.Only natural color can be colored.

Q5: What kinds of hair care products should I use?
If you are purchased Stock hair, there are quality problems,packaging problems, or wrong products after you receive them, Please inform us as soon as possible and we will exchange or refund you immediately.
A: Treat this hair just as it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioner regularly. 1.Wash your hair once or twice per week using a gentle shampoo. and work the shampoo downwards, from scalp to ends. Try to avoid touching the sewn part. Massage your hair using circular motions.
2.Do not use anti-scurf shampoo and Oil-free Shampoo, It should be soak in the Lukewarm warter. Add some Nutritional Hair Conditioner in the water, soak in the water for about 5 minutes.
