1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are professional trading company was founded in 2014 in Shanghai China. We wigs, make up, makeup tools, and nail supplies with reasonable price and the best quality. We have many years experience in garment manufacturing and trading, we are able to provide you with the best service.
2. Can I get sample/samples made?
Yes, we provide reference sample or custom sample.
3. How much will it cost to get sample?
It varies from different styles/designs, for example, wig and makeup tool sample may cost differently, a human hair sample and a high temperature silk sample may cost differently. The costs include material c sourcing cost , labour cost, shipping cost, and accessory/printing cost.
4. How long will it takes to have sample sent over?
Generally it will take 7-10days to have custom sample after you confirm the sample order, and will take about 3-5 working days by express.
5. What is your MOQ (minimum quantity?
We offer flexible minimum order quantity, 100-500 per model per color.
6. Can I have the product with my own logo/label/tags?
Yes, you can and please provide digital file and size of your logo/label/tag.
